Migration Activities:
Asset Accounting Data Migration: To support the processes of the global customers above, asset data was maintained in various tools/ERP systems such as, but not limited to, JD Edwards, Tally, Sun System, QWEB, and EAM tools. Our tasks are:
To perform a complete mapping from the legacy tables and fields and performed iterative mapping with SAP Target areas.
To perform 3 levels of mock/dry runs to incrementally address the data issue, and then all the levels of asset master data, including historical depreciation, current depreciation, useful life and remaining life of assets was migrated.
Data migrated into SAP was balanced with GL control balances.
Main T codes used were AS91/AS92 and ABSO etc.
